- Do you provide a warranty on your services?
We provide a standard one year warranty cover on everything we create. If you find any bugs, no matter how small, we will fix them within 3 business days.
- Who will own the copyright?
You. Once all payments have been settled, we transfer copyright on all project work to the client.
- Who will be taking care of my project?
We have a dedicated and experienced team of professionals. Depending on the scope of your project, the team might consist of graphic & ux designers or web & mobile developers. You will always have a project manager, who is your point of contact throughout the project.
- Do you have international experience?
Yes, we work with several digital agencies in the United Kingdom, and we have clients across multiple countries in Eastern & Middle Europe. Check our portfolio out to see some of the great work we’ve done for them.
- Do you charge up front?
No, you can make payments after we reach the agreed project milestones.
- How much do you charge?
Each project is different and, although we do have a standard rate card, it’s best to get a personalised quote. Every project is unique, so contact us for your free quote here.
- How can I oversee the project?
We like to make sure you are totally up to speed on everything that happens with your project. All of our graphic design work is stored on Dropbox for you to view, and we use a git based repository for code. We also set up a staging server so you can keep an eye on the overall progress, and we organise weekly calls to make sure the project is on track.
